RNIB College Loughborough offers a number of programme options depending on your skills and circumstances.
Before trainees can be accepted onto a programme they are invited to the College for an Assessment. The assessment focuses on the practical experience of the trainee in a working environment giving both them and the staff the opportunity to determine their suitability for further training.
Trainees need to visit their Disability Employment Advisor to be recommended for any programme.
Our Adult Employment programmes are designed for people who are unemployed and need to develop their skills in order to get back into work. We consider trainees on an individual basis and put together a personalised programme aimed at gaining the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.
