Personal profile: I was a teacher and senior manager in five different mainstream schools and colleges before becoming Principal in 2003. My teaching subjects were Maths and Physics.
Why I like working at the RNIB College: The staff and students at RNIB College are a tremendous team to work with. Staff are both very committed and expert at what they do. You really get to know students well. We are already a good college and plan to be outstanding by 2011.

Personal profile: When not at work I coach a kids football team and run a charity that helps Dads (and some Mums) to meet with children they no longer live with. I also enjoy playing with my kids and the occasional round of golf and glass of beer.

Personal profile: My previous marketing roles were in the automotive aftermarket industry and the higher education sector. I thoroughly enjoy marketing education and working to promote the development of personal and educational skills and qualifications. My hobbies include running (I love half marathons!) and playing tennis.
Why I like working at the RNIB College: The staff are enthusiastic and dedicated. I enjoy the variety of my role and working to achieve the College's mission to be outstanding.

Personal profile: I have worked in the Care sector for thirty years originally qualifying as a General Nurse way back in 1980.
I am father of seven and my wife and I have also provided short term foster care to young people with emotional difficulties.
Why I work at the College: RNIB is a fantastic organisation to work for. The College does an amazing job in transforming peoples lives.I want to be part of the strategy to make the College and Stan Bell exemplar and outstanding provisions.
